MILLION dollar spaghetti tastes like a MILLION bucks!

OOOOOOOMG!
RIDICULOUS!
WOW!
I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS RECIPE!

Really this is more lasagna than pasta. BUT that may be because my bitty girl insisted on "bows" instead of spaghetti noodles. Either way, YUMMMMMMMY! This is creamy, ooey, gooey, goodness at it's best.

I actually took pictures of some of the steps. Honestly mostly because I was skeptical. I thought there was NO WAY this was going to turn out.
Boy was I wrong! I couldn't have been more wrong!

First my changes.
Avery insisted on bow tie pasta instead of thin spaghetti noodles. She didn't even eat it, she has a double ear infection and is pretty puny, but either way I am going for regular spaghetti noodles next time.
I used ground turkey instead of beef. It calls for 1.5lbs. I used 1 lb because I didn't know what to do with the other half of the second package.
My sweet, amazing, loving, PICKY hubby doesn't like onions. So being the awesome wife I am, I omitted the onions this time. I love onions and would have loved them in this I am sure.
I think some of the measurements are a little wonky. I used a half of a green bell pepper instead of a teaspoon. I mean what good would a teaspoon of green pepper be?
I used 2 8oz cans of tomato sauce, and I got the basil oregano whatever else seasoned kind. I DEFINITELY think it needed this much sauce.
I added shredded mozzarella cheese to the top.
Next time I would add red pepper flakes on/in for a little spice.

You could probably omit the onions and peppers and use any canned spaghetti sauce if you want.
I think I would love to try this with spaghetti squash.
You could use ground beef, buffalo, turkey, or chicken. I was just about to go to bed and thought I would tell my mom about this recipe. Then I realized she usually uses ground italian sausage in her spaghetti. That may be the answer to my spicy issue! I CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE THIS AGAIN!

Plate is empty. Like licked clean.
This one is hubby approved too.
