Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

One of my BEST finds yet! This is awesome Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken!

The RECIPE is fairly simple. I did a few things different, but you learn as you go right?

My bitty girl LOVES to help me cook. I almost can't be in the kitchen without her. She is also a really picky eater. So my new strategy is; anything she helps me cook, she has to at least try! Guess what? She liked the chicken! I picked it for her. She loves honey mustard. She loves chicken. She loves pretzels. No brainer. Nope, she still fought it. "I like all those things just not together!" Well now she knows!

So for my "changes". My food processor wasn't working. I found out once the hubby got home that it was operator error :), but in the mean time, I had Avery take a wooden spoon and crush my unmeasured pretzels in a baggie lined with a baggie.
The honey mustard was VERY olive oil tasting. It might be my olive oil. In the recipe it gives you measurements and then tells you to add mustard and honey until the taster was right. I added lots. We just whisked it and it worked perfectly fine. I say, save the dishes and just do that!
Now I have a ton of honey mustard, but that is ok, we will eat it.
I didn't salt and pepper the dressing. I salt and peppered the plain chicken breasts.

I decided to serve my chicken with a salad. Spinach, roma tomato, celery, avocado. Yummy. Would have been good with cucumber too but I didn't have any.

Ok now for the chicken. It was moist. It had great flavor. This is probably one of my favorite chicken dishes ever. I can't find fault in anything about it. It was pretty much perfect!
